❥Difference between Quest and PC
Quest has less polys, no claws or fishnets, and extremely compressed textures, while still using the VRChat Mobile Shader.
Note: The green version in the Quest unity package is NOT QUEST Good Performance. However, it uses quest materials to be uploaded to be quest compatible.

Set-up:
PC/DPS/Green version:
Create a new Unity Project in Unity Version 2019.4.31f1
Always Import the Latest Versions, these are just the ones I've used.
Assets > Import: "ROSITA PC UNITY PACKAGE"
Under the Project tab > "!ROSITA PC" Folder > Open the "!OPENME PC ROSITA" Scene
Decide on which version of Rosita you'd like to upload
Under the VRChat SDK Control Panel > Builder > Find and select the name of the version > Click "Build & Publish for Windows" to upload a PC version.
If you'd like to use the Cover Image, just use the move tool and move the "VRCCam" to the desired cover provided.
Quest/Green Version:
Create a new unity project in Unity Version 2019.4.31f1
Download and Assets > Import: VRChat SDK3-Avatars 2022.10.27

Under the Project tab > "!ROSITA Quest" Folder > Open the "!OPEN ME QUEST ROSITA" Scene
Decide on which version of Rosita you'd like to upload
Under the VRChat SDK Control Panel > Builder > Find and select the name of the version > Click "Build & Publish for Windows" to upload a PC version.
If you'd like to use the Cover Image, just use the move tool and move the "VRCCam" to the desired cover provided.
Once completed, for quest compatibility, go back under the VRChat SDK Control Panel > Builder > Click "Switch Build Target to Android" > Finally click "Build & Publish for Android" to upload a quest version.
